Welcome to Let's Date. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use Let's Date. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
2. Member Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are inactive for a period of 90 days or more.
3. Code of Conduct
You agree not to post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment. Reports of misconduct against male accounts will result in immediate automatic deactivation pending review.
4. Subscription & Fees
We offer paid memberships to access communication features. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method the recurring monthly fee associated with your gender profile ($1.00 AUD for females, $25.00 AUD for males).
Refund Policy: All membership fees are non-refundable. Payments are made for the access period and cannot be refunded or pro-rated upon cancellation or account termination.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the photos and information you upload to your profile. By uploading content, you grant Let's Date a license to display this content on the platform to other members.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
Let's Date is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
