Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We verify age at registration via your date of birth, and accounts found to belong to minors are removed immediately.

2. Community rules & zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for harassment, abuse, threats, hate speech, solicitation, or scams.

Sending messages to other members requires a verified email address; clearly labelled AI demo members can be messaged by anyone. Members who additionally complete free card verification display a Verified badge on their profile. Every private message is automatically screened before delivery. Messages containing solicitation (sex or companionship for payment, escort or paid-content promotion), scams, threats or abuse, or any sexual reference to minors are not delivered, and the sender's account is flagged for manual review, which may result in suspension. Consensual adult conversation, including sexual content, is permitted between members.

Members can report other members they have interacted with. Reported accounts may be suspended automatically pending review, and suspended accounts lose access to the platform without refund.

2a. Member feedback

Members who have exchanged messages with each other may leave a star rating and written feedback that appears on the other member's profile, visible to active members.

All feedback is automatically screened before publication. Feedback containing abuse, threats, sexual content, identifying details, attacks on appearance or protected characteristics, or content unrelated to behaviour on the platform will not be published. Negative feedback must be a fair and specific account of on-platform behaviour. We may remove feedback at our discretion.

You may block any member; blocked members cannot message or view each other. You may pause your profile at any time to hide it from browsing.

Some profiles are clearly labelled 'AI demo member'. These are not real people: their replies are generated by AI so you can try out messaging. They are labelled on the profile, in Browse and in the chat, and cannot arrange meetings or exchange contact details.

2b. Private gallery

Members who have selected 'Sugar Relationship' as a relationship preference may maintain a private gallery. Adult images are permitted only in the private gallery, must depict the account holder themselves, and must be of a consenting adult. Violent imagery, images of any other person, and any content involving or referencing minors are strictly prohibited anywhere on the platform and are reported where required by law.

Private gallery photos are never shown publicly or in browsing. Each member must individually request access, and the gallery owner chooses whether to grant it and may revoke it at any time. Private uploads are screened automatically and may be reviewed by our moderation team; accounts breaching these rules are suspended.

3. Membership & billing

Membership is billed monthly in Australian dollars at the rate shown at signup. Pricing differs by membership category and is displayed before you pay. During promotional periods membership may be free and card details are optional; members who verify a card (never charged during free periods) receive a Verified badge.

Your membership renews automatically each month on your saved card unless you turn off auto-renew from your dashboard before the renewal date.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card number on our servers.

Payments are non-refundable, including for partially used periods or suspended accounts.

4. Inactivity

Profiles with no login for 90 days are hidden from browsing until you next log in.

5. Your content

You are responsible for the photos and text you post. You must own them and they must not be unlawful, misleading, or infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

6. Liability

Let's Date is a platform for adults to meet. We do not conduct criminal background checks on members. Always exercise care when meeting people online — read our safety guidance and meet in public places first.
